About Us

Our family has been farming in the rolling hills of Fleetwood since 1983. Stephen's family has been farming for at least five generations. We enjoy sharing delicious natural food with our community. Our maple syrup, honey, and garlic are known for their quality. We take pride in farming sustainably. We use cover crops and drip irrigation to build soil and conserve our water resources. We have planted over 9,000 trees on the farm. It is satisfying to see new species moving onto the farm as new habitats are created. We love learning how to be better stewards of the land that supports us.

Our maple syrup and honey are sold year-round at the farm. Please call in advance to arrange curbside pickup at the farm. We also sell our maple syrup and honey through several retail outlets.

We are also regular vendors at Bowmanville's Maplefest and Applefest.

Maple syrup and honey are perfect for every occasion -- corporate or speaker gifts, wedding favours, teacher and birthday gifts, hostess gifts, stocking stuffers, and Christmas gifts for that tricky person who has everything. And at home, try them on vanilla ice cream, in applesauce or fruit salad, in a smoothie or salad dressing, on spareribs or baked squash, or with whipped cream on a pie or fruit crisp. We are certified as a local producer by Foodland Ontario, and we are members of the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers' Association, the Ontario Beekeepers Association, the Ontario Garlic Growers Association, and the Ontario Woodlot Association.
